When going to the web-based administration site for Touch Apps for one of our instances, we are unable to login. The error seems obvious - remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. But multiple people have looked at the cert and it all looks good. Maybe we’re missing something. Does anyone have any tips on checking the cert? Has anyone else gotten this when it isn’t the cert?
We’ve had no issue with our other instances, so it’s not as if we haven’t been through a cert install, etc., before.
