Tasks/Assignments not Downloading to MWO Service app

Hello,

We occasionally run across some issues when Transferring task assignments to a tech’s MWO service app. The tasks are all Transferred to Mobile, but it sometimes gets caught and does not Download to Mobile. I checked if there are some background jobs preventing this...but nothing is currently running. Is there something else I should be checking or is there a task/batch update I can push to force the download to mobile?

@DSL_Em you could try to manually sync the entity - for task assignment that would be JtExecutionInstance:

 

Furthermore, you could do some troubleshooting by going to Entity Details and maybe write a Quick Report to check if you have data in MOBILE_WORK_OREDR_UIV or MOBILE_WORK_ORDER_OWNER views. Normally if the data is there, a sync from mWO should bring that data over to the technician device.
