When I change the sync all objects, sync all parts, Sync WO History for All Objects in the TAS portal for a apps 9 environment, the changes are not affected in the mobile even after an initialization.
E.g. If I tick the sync all Objects in the TAS cloud resource configuration, even after a mobile client initialization, I can only see the objects that are connected to my mobile user.
+9when you change the configurations settings in the cloud resource you have to follow the below steps in order to get the relevant changes to the mobile devices.

- Run the database task "Clean Up Touch Apps Entity Sync Data" In IEE

- If you unchecked "syn all parts" Run the scheduled database task "Refresh All Inventory Parts"
