Support Center function not available in IFS Cloud?

Hi All,

In version 10 we had the Support Center Module in “Relationship Management”.

Is this not available in Cloud? Did call center replaced with that in Cloud?

Yes you are correct, the support center module has been deprecated in IFS Cloud and has been replaced with the Call Center functionality.
