Hi,

In the SLA Commitment screen, there is a field “SLA Template” but the value displayed is the revision (not the SLA Template ID or description)

Do you know if there is a plan to show the template id instead in future releases? Thanks.

While this is not obvious at first glance, as the field is named SLA Template, the reference is actually to an SLA Template LINE

The code is defined as such

And the Reference as Such :

What this means is that ReqSlaTempDesRef.Description actually refers to the description of the SLA Template Line View.

As you can see, if you put a description in the actual template line, it does end up showing next to the revision

Note that you can also click on the actual preview card (hence preview = SlaTemplateLineCard) in order to get more information.

The revision being the number shown however is probably questionable. I would have opted to show at least the template Line ID before showing the revision (if not the full gamut of Template ID, Rev ID, Line ID - Description).

The Details navigation could also benefit from taking you directly to the right revision of the SLA template, rather than just all the revisions as it does now. (Funnily enough, the link on the Card actually DOES take you to the proper revision, rather than showing all of them)
