We are using the Service Quotation functionality. We are updating costs via the Operations and Other Demands tabs (within the Work Order tab).

When performing updates which change the Cost or Selling price of a quotation, the ‘Calculation Required’ field should become ticked to indicate that the user should perform a RMB ‘Calculate Total Cost and Quoted Price’. However, there are certain actions that do not tick this box, even though the actions themselves will have an effect on the Cost and Selling price.

I have noted below the instances of where this box does/doesn’t tick. The end result is that users can potentially proceed with a quote, without the totals in the ‘Quotation Totals’ tab being accurate.
