Service Contract - Error when try to Create One time Invoice

Hi, i have created a new service contract and try to crete one time invoice, but I get this error message. Is there som basic data I have to define?

Hi @bengab ,

Check the value you have in the

System Definitions\ Object Property tab. Search for the

Object LU = MaintenanceConfiguration

Property Name = SRVCON_DOC_OUTPUT

If the property value is ‘SRVINV’ change it to the ‘SRVCON’ and see whether it works

So, I’ll leave this here as I just dealt with this topic in a new IFS Cloud environment.

Step 1: Set SRVCON_DOC_OUTPUT in Object Properties to SRVCON

Step 2: Create the Output Type SRVCON → link it with document 4 → Customer Order Debit Invoice

It’s a pitty R&D doesn’t already deliver this out of the box as they do with SRVQUO.
