Request to direct on how to get IFS app for ios to external employees/subcontractors

Hi IFS Community ! Seeking your advice please. Currently we have the IFS app for ios but this is only for the company’s internal employees. Is there a way for us to publish IFS app to our subcontractors (external) who provide service on customer sites, so they can access IFS mobile app on ios to complete the surveys on tasks being assigned.

Though I raised a support ticket, was directed to the community so your expertise can help with any answers.

@ZWAMADURI can you confirm that you’re referring to FSM Mobile here please? Or by any chance are you referring to MWO Service or MWO Maintenance instead?

For FSM Mobile there are two options here. First option is to get the subcontractor to sign up to the Apple Business Manager account so the iOS App can be distributed to them in the same way it is distributed to yourselves.

If the subcontractor is unable to do this then the  App must be published as “Unlisted” which means it doesn’t appear in the App Store but is available to be downloaded via a specific URL that can be emailed directly to the subcontractors for installing.

Either way this needs to be done via a support ticket or consulting services and not the community.
