I want all projects in the Project table to be listed as pop-up boxes when Project_id is given as the Quick Report parameter.
How can I do it ?

It is not possible to do that in a quick report I’m afraid.
You can do it if you use Business Reporter formerly known as Business Analytics, and create a dimension of e.g. Projects.
