We use a print agent. The service works when the console is running. When we start the service in the background - the print agent is not working. Has anyone had such a problem?

Could you please check the printAgent logs to see if you can find any errors there?
Logs looks ok.
when the console is turned off, the printouts do not work. when the console is started, all outstanding printouts started

What is the IFS application version that you’re using? When you try to start the service, are you getting any error messages?
