we are exploring the parameters surrounding pool work. We have 48 regions, with anywhere between 3-8 technicians per region. How do we set this up so that only and all the technicians for each region see only their pool work, rather than everyones pool work?

Cannot you use that “Resource group defined” functionality?
I am not sure! From what I understood, there was no way to do this, but perhaps someone has the knowledge behind this on how we would set this up!
Have you tried creating one resource group per region with the respective techs associated?

Is there a possibility to create resource groups based on regions? Then you can fulfill your requirement.
