Please explain the usage of system parameter SHOW_HANDOVER_WO.

When using automatic handover (i.e. when a task has been predefined in basic data as a handover to Work Order), this parameter controls the behaviour of the handover dialog.
If the value is TRUE – The Handover Work Order dialog box is shown.
If the value is FALSE – Service Request will be created automatically without launching this dialog box.
This system parameter makes it possible to create a work order from Call Center with a minimum effort..
