Object Measurement mandatory ?

Hi,

I need to register the counter indications for all  the object (serial) serviced in  mWO Service 10.

Is that possible to make this activity mandatory ? Workflow settings, other settings ?

    Not possible to make measurements mandatory at the moment but a very reasonable request.
