There is no possibility to configure that cards in Notify Me. We are using markdowns for this. The only way to change anything is to do a customization to the markdowns.

Thank you for the information. Is there any reference documentation available for customizations related to markdowns in IFS?

I am not aware of any documenation around customizations of markdows. Not seen any at least.
