When Customer 360 View is open, Equipment Objects can be seen that are associated with the customer but no Work Order information can be seen, either Active or Historical

Hi,

Please make sure that you have connected the customer under CO information within Work Order.

Here the object information will fetch into the customer 360 view, when we add the customer under parties tab of object window. The purpose is to connect an object with a customer. But it does not confirm that the WOs generated from the same object can only be invoiced to the same customer. A WO can be invoiced to any customer (other than the customer mentioned under parties tab). Where if we need to process a WO, we have to mention the customer to whom we are going to invoice the WO by mentioning the customer details in CO information tab in WO window. Then the WO will be successfully updated in customer 360 window, Active WO tab.

Please note this explanation based upon the generic scenario
