Hi,

When setting the work assignment status to “Pending Completion” from MWO Service app (connected to IFS Cloud 22R2 SU3), it does not trigger a work time clock out.

Is that the intended behavior or is it something missing in the design?

To my understanding, “Pending Completion” means that the field technician is waiting for something to complete the work. So he is not working on it anymore. He might even be working on some other work while waiting.

Hi

This is as designed. Pending completion only sets the Work Finish data/time on the work assignment. Work clock out happens when the customer/executor sign off happens, meaning when the work assignment is set to complete.

Thanks

The option Pause stops the clock and create time postings. This to me this is the wrong way round, as Pending Completion prompts for a reason for stopping e.g., off site to do another job (so stop charging the customer) and Pause means stopping on site and keep charging.
