Is there a setting in IFS that when you create a material demand in mWo Service 10 that it doesn’t create a new Material Requisition, rather add new lines to a planned Maintenance Material Requisition?

there is no such setting unfortunately, it has been this way since Apps 8. To get a better overview from the back end, you can add a custom tab on the Prepare/Report In Work Order form to show all material lines in one list.
