Hi,

 

I’m looking to receive a part via purchase order receipts in MWO but the PO isn’t showing. Does the work task it’s ordered against have to be at a particular status? I don’t want to transfer the task to mobile as the work isn’t being started yet.

Hi,

If the work task hasn’t been transferred to mobile, the connected PO line will not be sent to mobile. In that case you will have to add the mobile user connected warehouse in the Order Line Address in the PO line as the destination warehouse in order to get it synced to mobile. 

Additionally PO line should be in either confirmed or released state and the Receive Case should match the part type (Inventory part → Receive into inventory, None inventory part → Receive into arrival)
