Hi,
The customer is using the Request management flow and they want to change how Customer field and Service fields show their values.
In MWO, we can see the customer information and service information as follows. It doesn’t only show the name, but with the ID.
Customer information is shown as : Customer ID - Customer Name
Service Information is shown as : Service ID - Service Name
However, it is required to only visualize the Name of the customer and the name of the service. Is it possible to achieve that?
In MWO DB, the Customer Name is saved as Customer ID- Name.
