Hello,

I created a pickup task with the supply code on the material line = Purchase order :

I followes the “Process Purchase Order” from the document “IFS Cloud - MWO Service Demystified (25R2)” : Released the PR, converted it to a new PO, released and confirmed it :

I forced the sync to MWO with the Synchronization rules.

I found on MWO the request task and the pickup task :

but if I try to click on “Part Pickup” to execute the pick-up, nothing is showing up :

So I tried to start and complete the pick-up task. But when I manually synchronize with the backend, the pick task reinitialize and I got an error on Deleted Failed Transaction :

I don’t understand which Warehouse does not exist.

What am I missing here ?

Thanks for your insights.

Hi,

You should not use initialise as a mechanism to sync to back office. Any outgoing transactions from the phone (e.g. jobs being returned to the server) may fail as a result of initialisation. The mobile application automatically synchronises transactions. If need to manually enforce, you can use the sync option.

It is not clear, if the error is due to some missing batch sync entities or due to an issue in the set up. You can check product documentation here.  https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/25r2/lang/en/RequestManagement/AboutPickupTask.htm . If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket.
