Hi Community,

A user was trying to do a new requisition using MWO app and error below error message in screenshot below. 

  • Do you know what could cause this kind of error message? 
  • How do you resolve or fix it? 

 

Hi, Which version is this ?  Did you try that after init again ?


@Bandula , this is version 9. I did not ask the user to re-initialize the device. What could possibly cause this kind of error? 


Hi, Can you clarify bit more what is version 9 means ? 

Actually we see this type of errors when it try to insert a record with temp keys already exists in the mobile local table (sqlite). In the code level, we increment temp key (RequisitionNo in this case) to support multiple record inserts from client. If this is one off due to corrupt data, that can be solved by the init.

Hi,  if you still having the issue after init, please report a case via LCS. Global support team will able to check this further and reach Rnd if it need a code fix.
