Multiplying one custom unit by one Logical unit

I have a custom LU I have created and I need to multiply it by the LU  IE  $ times Quantity = Price

What is the best way to do this.  Reference would be PO by PO line on that line.

When you say multiply by the LU, is there a custom field in that LU that you are multiplying by?  In other words, are you saying you want to multiply a custom field on a custom LU times quantity on the PO line?
