Can a single question in a maintenance survey have multiple qualifying questions? 

For example in the screenshot below, questions #105 and #106 have a qualifying question of #55, but I would also like for question #97 to be a qualifying question for #105/106. 

Is this possible? 

A question can have only one qualifying question at present.
