Hi All,

I created an additional on call shift and MRA to a resource. Those two appear in dispatch console.

However, not visible in PSO. It’s empty.

The MRA category is marked as “Use in Scheduling”. SEND_MRA_DESCRIPTION=Yes in Scheduling Configurations.

What else need to be done?

TIA.

Shifts with On Call=Yes are not synced to PSO.

Can you share screenshots of your MRA definition?

Hi @Grzegorz Byrski

Thanks for your comment. I did not hide it since it is my name itself. But, good input.

Try approving the MRA.

It worked after approving. Then if we use PSO, dispatchers have to monitor MRA page as well? It’s easy if allocations are visible in PSO as well like DC. Is this the standard functionality? Or, is there any work around?

Not sure I understand your question. Why do dispatchers have to monitor the MRA page?

If a technician report an MRA via mobile app, how can dispatchers see it to approve?

Ah, understood. So it’s the dispatcher who approves it, not the line manager. In that case I would have a couple of ideas:

  • A second page with MRA requests to approve
  • A BPA that creates stream notifications (would work particularly well when using the embedded workbench)
  • Auto-approve the MRA and let the dispatcher only reject exceptional cases
  • Not sure if you could configure an “Attention On” event so that the dispatcher sees the resource who created the MRA highlighted in the workbench

Thanks for the inputs. I was thinking it will work like DC.
