Mobile Work Order Tile Visibility

I believe there’s still no way of making customizations to the dashboard tiles in MWO Service App. This has been discussed in the below ACH community post as well;

Might be unrelated to your question, but you are able to do customizations to various screens In MWO native. You’ll be able to find detailed information about that in the attached document.

Adding to above comment, there can be 2 scenarios.

1. Mobile user may don’t have required permission for required activities (Please refer Documentation for more information on permission)
2. There can be "Employee" type workflow configuration applied. (There you can manage few tiles)
