Hi everybody

I’m trying to load a file under Risk Analysis>Potential Problem list. But I’m getting this error

“Error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows when executing BEGIN SELECT objid, objversion INTO :objid, :objversion from RISK_PROBLEM; End; “

Do you have any idea why i’m getting this error?

PS:There is no duplicate data

You may check the values in your file and make sure all lines contain correct data accordingly to the

fields in migration job file mapping tab.

This type of error can be occurred due to incorrect column mappings in the file.

I get this same error when trying to log onto the IFS application. My system is APPS8 SP1.

 

I just refreshed my QA database with an export of my prod system. After doing a reconfigure and F1MAGE, with no errors, I cannot log onto the application due to this error.

Any suggestions are welcome.
