Hi!

Recently we uncovered that an user was adding new reading values for an object into Measurements for Object window, and all the readings inputed were not being recorded, as seen below:

Measurement Type as Preliminary Reading

Even using the Manage Preliminary Reading option I can’t make the Measurement Type change into Recorded Reading.

Does anyone had the same problem before or have any idea how to solve it?

Thank you!

I found out what the problem was. The meter flip value on Serial Object window was set as 2010h.

I set the correct flip value and the problem was solved.

Thanks, that was the case.

unfortunately, the so many generated WOs I cancelled it. and this impacted the future WOs as well. is there any way we could get them back  >?

regenerating plans is not helping as the WO is cancelled manually from the WO screen.

thanks again :-)

Hi @Hashmit can you give me more information on your problem? are you talking about cancelled preventive maintenance work orders?
