Maintenance Priority List of Values hidden

Hi,

I am unable to find where are the permissions to enable list of values for Maintenance Priority on Active Work Orders screen.

All MAINTENANCE_PRIORITY, MAINTENANCE_PRIORITY_API, ACTIVE_WORK_ORDER_API.Get_Priority_Id and dlgDynamicLov have been enabled to the user but the List of values option is still hidden. 

We have recently upgraded from Apps 8 to Apps 10 and we did not have this issue on Apps 8.

Could you please tell the UPD version you are in?
And if this window has been customized in your Customer Solution?

We are on Update 7 and has some customisations.

Hi @sueli,

 

It's working fine on our support "APP10 CORE UPD7 AS RELEASED" environment.
I suggest you to create a support case for this.
