Hi Community, 

IFS Aurena Tech Portal user is having issues with the drop-down menus in the Tech Portal while using his iPad Pro to complete tickets. 

Issues: 

The drop-down menus does not populate or show up when trying to complete ticket with iPad Pro.

Please any idea why this is happening and how can it be fixed?
