Issue 1: 

Is there any reason to not sync the service notes added in MWO-request work task to the application? 

N.B. same type of service notes added from the application is syncing to the MWO app. 

The work status of the MWO ( if it is off shift) is that causing this problem? 

Issue 2:

Is there any reason to not to get update the request work task status as work done once all assignment completed from MWO?

Once set all assignments to work started from MWO , request work task  is get updated as started

Issue 1:

There is no reason to not sync service notes added from MWO to the backend. Please check if those transactions have been failed in the server side for some reason.

Issue 2:

I think there are additional things that needs to be completed to raise the work task status to work done. For example, all resource demands must have been allocated.
