Initialization error in Mobile Dev Application

Hi,

 

I’m currently pursuing MWO training. I have completed 3days trainings till now. I followed the entire training and practiced simultaneously I created 2 apps Phonebook and WorkOrder App I’m able see the page in cloud and there are no errors as well but I’m getting Sync Error/initialization error  in the Application. You might say there might be some coding errors for the phonebook app Iwhich i did from scratch but for the WorkOrder app I just deployed the shared resources from the academy and followed all steps and as per the training I should be able to see it in the Mobile dev Application but initialization is failing 

Also, the workspace is in version 23R1, but I could not find 23R1 Mobile Application there is only 24R2 so I’m using that could this be a reason. Please provide me a solution.

The app is usually backwards-compatible i.e., it should work with older releases. 

During your training were you given access to the Academy community channel? Something like this:

 

Since your question relates to a training, not to a standard product, you may get better responses there.

When I access the community link provided in the training this is how it shows and from here, I clicked on start a new topic and posted the above question.

In that case please ask the trainer to grant you access, the Academy channels are restricted to training attendees.
