Hello,

The Work Task Cost Code Rules indicate that Internal Customer can be used as a criteria.

Where on the Work Order or Work Task can I enter an Internal Customer?

Hi,

You can enter the customer in Work Task > Customer tab.

Whether the customer is internal / external, is defined in Customer > Invoice tab.
