On IFS Cloud 23R1.8, the IFS MWO Service app (24.8.1292.0) on Android devices will stop/pause initialization when the screen is locked.  The initialization does pick up where it left off once the screen is unlocked.  Is there a way to allow the initialization process to continue when the screen is locked?

@bzygmunt the initialization process is designed to run even if the device gets locked. However, the Android OS might pause processes if it decides to conserve battery or release resources, so that could be the root cause of what you see.

Do you see this behaviour repeated every time you lock/unlock the device?

Can you share your device model, amount of RAM and Android OS version please?

In addition, I’d be curious to see what the device logs show. I’ll share my e-mail address over a PM, could send me the Device Logs please? (available via the Settings menu > Send Device Logs)
