How to revise a Work Task Wrongly Transferred to MWO?

Hi Community, 

I have a user that has transferred a task to MWO, but the person it was transferred to doesn’t use MWO.  Is there a way to get it back?

please kindly provide the step by step process to revise it.

Hi,

Yes, you can. 
You can find the MWO transferred assignment in Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments page in Aurena and Cancel it. This will remove the assignment from the MWO territory.

Hi @meshfemi , 


In Apps10, you can  ‘Cancel Work Assignment...’ if it is just transferred to MWO. 
but it is grayed out when the Assignment is in 'Work Started'.

Please refer to the community post for more information about how can we cancel a work assignment from IEE when it is transferred to mobile and in ‘Work Started’.
