In UI designer we don't have a field for the signature section of "DebriefSignature" screen.
So we cannot take control of the technician signature section from a client script.
Further there is not any application parameters that we can use to set the technician signature as mandatory in debrief workflow summary screen.
So I believe the only way that this requirement can be done by a customization for DebriefSignature.java class from mobile client code.
