How to give permission to view doc attachments in Aurena

I have tried granting so many different permissions in order for my Aurena users to view document attachments and nothing seems to be working. HELP!

I got this error trying to view

It looks like you might not be logged-in to the IFS Community or do not have the correct permissions.
