How do I enable adding of Primary Key/Child Key on custom tabs that have been created? You can see from my screenshot that the “+” icon is not available when I create the custom tab.

There is nowhere that this is enabled - the little + should just appear there automatically.
I would suggest trying to add the same tab to another page and see if you get the same issue. Try to establish whether it is a problem with the Work Task page you are looking at, or a more general issue.
+2It only works on the tabs at the top section. It doesn’t allow primary keys if you add a tab on the bottom section.
