In is not allowed to activate it manually. The field is inactive when switching on the function to edit data.

It is just for a informative purposes. Once the user logedin, Active Mobile User will be Yes, Try after login.
I have a user who is unable to log in to MWO Service app - they are ticked as a Mobile User, but when they attempt to log in they get ‘Invalid Username or Password’ error.
They can log into Cloud Web Browser with the credentials and they work.
What have I missed?
