Force a Return from IFS MWO Service app for Completed Tasks

Hello,

We currently have an issue where our IFS MWO Service app users are not returning their tasks from their mobile, they keep them in their Completed tasks tile which is storing 10-100+ tasks on their app.

Is there a way to pull these tasks from their device as it’s causing issues with being able to close off the request/task?

Hi @DSL_Em, unfortunately there is no way to do that currently, but this is capability we will be adding in the next release, 24R1.

Hi, 

As mentioned by Andre, this functionality will be availble in 24R1. In the meantime, you can force the users to return work assignments on completion by disabling keep or remove option. This is possible through workflow configuration.
