Error when transferring to mobile IFS Cloud

Hi All,

 

I am getting an error when trying to transfer a work task to MWO. the user and person are all connected and I can log on to the mobile app. however I keep getting this error. any help would be appreciated

Which cloud version are you in?

Please check if the Mobile User flag is set in Resource Details for the resource.
