Yes, While Aurena Agent is enabled, on attachment panel you get this Select File option only, which is why you cannot select Multiple Files. If Aurena Agent is not enabled, you get Drag & Drop option on attachment panel, using which you can select multiple files. But, due to a technical limitation Aurena Agent and Drag and Drop cannot be enabled together, which is why you get Select File option only.

But, you can create multiple document revisions on “Create Documents” or “Upload Documents”.
