Document Management

Hi,

You can use Document Management\Basic Data\Document Class Management window for this purpose.

1. Open Document Management\Basic Data\Document Class Management.
2. Query for your document class.
3. Open Document default values tab.
4. If there are no values, RMB Copy all defaults. But if the parameters are already there, you can ignore this step.
5. In DB Column chose APPROVAL_TEMPLATE – Here the default approval template fetched from the Document Management\Basic Data\Document Basic\Document default values tab will be displayed.
6. If you want to enter a specific approval template for this particular class – you can select the check box “override default” and enter the new template in “override value” column.
7. Approval templates are defined in Document Management\Basic Data\Document Basic\ Approval templates tab.
