I have a problem with the datas in MWO : In one of my environement, datas are synced almost immediately, and on a other I have either to initialize or to trigger manually Sync rules.
Do you know where I have to set up in this last environement to be able to sync automaticaly ?
Thanks,

Did you compare the user’s sync interval on both systems?
Thanks Alexander for your answer, I tried to put the same value here but nothing have changed:
I think there is no synchro on the second environement, because even if I wait for 5 min, nothing happen.
If you sync every 5 seconds, it will likely result in a new sync while the previous one still runs. I would set it to at least 1 minute, maybe even 5.
How do you know that sync doesn’t work? Do you create data in the backoffice and then check if and when it’s synced to MWO? If yes - what data (entity)?
It was 1 min before I’ve changed it to 5 seconds.
I did some changes on the entity JtTaskStep 40 min ago, nothing have been synchronized. However, if I sync the entity manually in “Sync rules” screen, the data are synced. Here is my sync rule for my second environement (the one who is not synced) :
And for my first environement :
There is a lobby for MWO with various KPIs. See if you find any error messages. Based on what you explain, it doesn’t sound like an issue in MWO, but rather server-side.
@Rukmal Fernando any suggestions?
I think I found the reason I don’t have any sync : I don’t have any Sync Trigger for my app in this env :
Like you said, it seems to be different from a set up error, because I can’t enable the triggers for my app, and I have triggers on other env without having set them up.
@SimonP
Hi Simon,
Appreciate if you can share how you solved this issue.
TIA.
Hi @kasunhp , actually I didn’t solve the issue, my last message was my last step. I know now where the problem is but I can’t resolve it right now, because if I try to click on “Enable all triggers”, nothing happens, and I didn’t find where to set these triggers.
