our staff created 2 new customer orders. number X1 & X2
the accountant can see all orders, only those 2 orders are disappear !
user can see other orders for the same customer and other orders for the same project !
what shall i check.

Could you let us know in which screens you are checking these orders?
The screens have several populate query conditions to satisfy when fetching records from the database. So probably the two orders don’t get fetched as one or more populate query conditions are failing.
So I would recommend to first check the queries via the debug console and check the order records from the database end itself to see why it didn’t get fetched.
You can also create a Support case if you would like IFS to look into the issue from our end.
