Hi,
we’re on a quest to find out if call center can make a difference in our company. I can ask IFS and the anwser will be “sure it can” and i believe them, however .. talking to someone using it already would give me the real experience.
So, if somebody using Call Center feels like shedding a light over the matter in a call or skype session that would be amazing, otherwise we’ll go for the IFS option.
We’re located in belgium, be we’ll adapt to any timezone if that would be helpful.
