Hello

We are trying to setup the B2B supplier portal but we also have problems getting access to the documents. We are missing the Attachment pane in the B2B module but we can see that documents are attached.

  • I have signed in as app owner
  • We have update 10 
  • We have created a document class named “B2B DOC” it was not there

     

  • We have component  “DocumentHomeB2b”
  • Documents attached to PO lines are released

anyone having an idea what more to do? :-)

Is the DocumentHomeB2b projection granted to the users? It’s the main thing to get this attachment section available.

Could you please check whether component “ DOCBB” is installed in your environment ? if it missing, this is the reason you face this issue.

Thanks very much for the input - We have checked that all checks are set in Projection - se the figure, but the “DocumentHomeB2B” is missing from the list but compared to the other case earlier mentioned we do have  the “DOCBB”
