I use Scan It 10.20.1406.0 version.
Yes, both Notify Me and Scan It are installed on a same device.

If you are running against two different TAS instances, the one that Notify Me works with very likely has an SSL certificate issue. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html is a great tool for identifying these.
In either case, can you share the TAS URL(s) with me in a private message please? Perhaps I can spot something.
One more thing - did this work until you took the 10.20.* versions of the two apps?

We are trying to put Notify Me into production, yet still testing it.
Yes, both Scan It and Notify Me are tested on the same TAS. It’s under the IFS partner investigation right now.
Will let you know what is the issue in our case once I will have a solution.
