attachment is not showing in mobile app

When admin attaches a document FSE can not see in mobile App{MWO}.

below is the screenshot attached where we are attaching the document.

Hi @HDZRISHABH ,

Have you set up the document classes for MWO?

Here you can define which document classes are sent to mobile and also which document classes the MWO user can use to create new documents.

yes we have setup the classes and added the resource to that document person group

so he can also see the attachment but in mobile its not showing up.

Hi @HDZRISHABH ,

Does the user have a sufficient permission set?

it should have the activity DocumentManagement.

Maybe you can add more printscreens?

This to show where the document is attached to in IFS and to show the window in MWO where the user is looking for the document.
