Hello Community,
Can someone please provide guidance on how to assign “Active Work Orders” in the Service / Maintenance Module in APPS9? When I right mouse button click over an active work order I see “Allocate Resources” but the option is greyed out. I’m not sure if there are some Basic Data tasks I might have missed during setup.
