Exception: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to https://tasxxxxxx refused
It appears to only affect older Android devices.

+11We have done a correction from the framework side upon this issue and let the team dealing with Time Tracker know about it so they can do a new release including this issue.
